Pressure Washing FAQ
Straight answers about cost, methods and scheduling in the Indianapolis area.
How much does pressure washing cost in Indianapolis?
Most single-story house washes in the Indianapolis area run in the low hundreds, and driveways are priced by square footage. Price depends on size, height, and how much organic growth is on the surface — we give you a firm number before we start, never an hourly guess.
What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high water pressure and is right for concrete, brick and other hard flatwork. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew at the root — that is what we use on siding, roofs, painted surfaces and anything that high pressure could damage.
Will washing damage my siding, roof or landscaping?
No. We match the method to the surface, protect plants with pre-wet and rinse steps, and never force water behind siding or under shingles. We are fully insured on every job.
How often should I have my house washed?
In central Indiana's humidity, most homes look best on a 12–18 month cycle. Shaded or north-facing walls and homes under heavy tree cover often need it annually.
Do you need access to my water and power?
We use an outside spigot for water. We bring our own equipment and power, so you do not need to be home as long as the spigot and gates are accessible.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not usually. We will confirm the scope by phone or text ahead of time, walk the property when we arrive, and send photos when the job is complete.
What areas do you serve?
Indianapolis plus Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Greenwood, Avon, Brownsburg, Plainfield, Fortville, McCordsville, Whitestown and the surrounding communities.
